Dr. Fletcher graduated from the University of Iowa with a BS in General Science and a Certificate in Physical Therapy in 1972. She received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1994 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2006. Dr. Fletcher has been actively involved in the practice of physical therapy including administration, program development, and patient care in the following areas of physical therapy: acute care, outpatient services, work hardening and long-term care. She has served as a surveyor for CARF and as the Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at NWACC from December 1998 to May 2007.
