Text Book: Finite Mathematics, An Applied Approach by Margaret Lial, Raymond Greenwell and Nathan Ritchey, Ninth Edition, Pearson - Addison Wesley

Description: A survey and applications course in mathematics designed for business, life science, and social science students. Topics include solving linear programming problems graphically and by the simplex method; financial mathematics; sets and counting techniques; probability; and statistics.

Prerequisite: MATH 1204, College Algebra, or appropriate placement scores, and a good understanding of algebraic concepts.
